That’s the point of this thread, the Aston’s got all those things you can’t quantify; the looks, the sound, etc.

100% disagree, the facelift on this baby kept it modern and relevant. Remember the exterior score that the Jalopnik review gave it?

Agree on the bleh seats and the plasti-wood, but I like the analog dials. They’re clear and easy to read. When compared to all the digital or chrome-lined ones that reflect in your face, BMW’s instruments are near the top.

That first picture from above and the interior shot look pretty nice. Everything else looks horrible.

What is BMW’s fascination with the “car being swallowed by another car” design motif? First the i8 with it’s “just chomped on a 911” and now this...that layering looks terrible.

I live right next to MCAS Miramar over in California and the only thing louder than them is the old Hornets. Lovely to have them conducting flight ops overhead while I’m taking exams in school.....if there’s one sound that’s ok it’s the sound of freedom...

Simplify and add lightness they said. You’ll corner a lot better they said.

Side-impact safety I would imagine. Just gives more space to put massive metal bars.
