I did misread his post whoops. FWIW, Google Authenticator stores its secret key in the clear on Android. Again though, worrying about something like that is probably overkill for most people.

Your 20 character password is only one factor. That's the benefit of the Yubikey. Whether or not you personally need it may be another story, but it does have benefit for plenty of people.

I'm in that boat since I use 1password, but if you use Lastpass and have an NFC enabled phone, you can actually get an NFC Yubikey and then you just have to tap it to your phone to open Lastpass. Pretty cool.
