Not sure where you tried to activate it, but you can absolutely use it on a desktop. I do all the time. Just go to inbox.google.com.

I send email any time I please; I don’t really care if you read it immediately or not. That’s the beauty of asynchronous communication. If I want to make sure you look at something right away, I come talk to you face to face.

I would do this with a Lambic, Kriek or Framboise would be great!

I’ve personally tried most of these with plenty of success (except foot antiperspirant and cedar trees). I’ve found the activated charcoal insoles to be the best bet for boat shoes and loafers. Also, not sure what’s so ridiculous about washing your feet... I mean, it’s the same concept as cleaning the rest of your

45? I thought basically all retirement plans made you pay massive, massive penalties for pulling money out before you were well into your 60s...

HA..
Rental fleet cars are abused by EVERYONE.. Source: ME

You might want to ask Jalopnik about that.

People abuse rental cars? In college a good friend was driving home for a friend’s wedding. This was back when you only needed to be 18 to rent a car. He rented a Pontiac Grand Am (maybe it was the Grand Prix). In three days, we drove it 2500 miles, went off-roading through the hills, went “mudd’n” down by the river,

No. Don’t do this.

I would much rather have my grill, which is outside, maintain a 400 degree temperature than my oven, which is indoors. Totally worth the trade off, especially if your grill is in the shade.

The birds probably just heard you say “my whip is on shine” and decided that was a good reason.

Namely just the fact you don’t need to have an old Android phone or tablet sitting around.

Pretty sure red Corvettes get more attention than a white Civic, but what do I know?

1-2 hours of TV per night does not sound excessive. Would it be different if she was reading for those two hours, or working on a hobby? What do you suggest she fill that time with? Isn’t she entitled to some relaxation each day? Is she only allowed to claim she is busy if every waking moment of her life is filled

It’s a tax for the people who don’t put research into making a balanced portfolio for themselves/aware of Vanguard/low fee funds/dealing with rebalancing.

You know that most personal finance is obvious, right? (You exaggerate a bit with the bleeding part.) Still useful to keep exploring from every angle.

It...doesn’t sound like that at all? Why do people always read these posts and assume, “OH, you don’t own a BUNDT PAN? I bet you don’t have PANTS or FORKS either.” It’s about getting rid of the stuff you don’t need, and I’m pretty sure plates, utensils and basic cookwear are things most people need.

You’re actually agreeing with the article, not with Antifaz’s comment (though he does have a valid point).

I live in S. Florida and my in-ground pool can be used most of the year. Unless your climate is similar, get yourself ~$20,000... and set the money on fire. You’ll get all of your expenses and aggravation over all at once rather than taking years wasting your money.

Salt-water, in-ground, vinyl-lined pool. 36’ x 18’. Came with the house when we bought it.

Chemicals per year: about 16 40lb bags of salt ($6/bag) and 8 lbs of stabilizer ($13/4lbs).
Pump parts: Your pump may last far past 5 yrs, but let’s say you will replace it every 5 years (high end~$350)

Another cost will be the
