That's from the Dumas novel, she's Milady de Winter.

Magic Bullet is amazing, Amy Acker really sells the isolation and fear of being all alone and trying to expose the truth.  I do have an issue with Mr. Hand Chewing Demon.  I didn't really see the point of that encounter.  Is it to alienate Fred even further?  Fred thinks she finds a friend, and then "rawr, I eat

Their live act is great, and it keeps me listening to their podcast.

4'11" and 90 lbs, are you attracted to Prince?

The biggest flaw in Season 4 Cordelia-Connor relationship, from the EWW YUCK STOP factor to the simple fact that their scenes together are real clunkers.  Charisma Carpenter admits herself that she couldn't get behind that storyline, and it shows in her noncommittal acting.  The best thing about Jasmine showing up is

Where is the Archmage when you need him, to determine alignment?

I love Dan Fogelberg (his greatest hits cassette was one of the first cassettes I ever owned), but damn if he doesn't oversing the shit out of Same Old Lang Syne in that video clip.

I have a buddy that goes on and on about how The Last American Virgin bummed him out when he saw it.  He literally mentions it like every year.  The only part of the film I've seen is the last five minutes, so I'm not sure if it merits such emotion.

For some reason, Players bothered me more than Double or Nothing did.  At that point in the season, I was really invested in the main story, and Players just seemed like such an unnecessary detour.  As much as I love Gwen and all her clingy leather, I just really wanted them to go back to the propulsive plot of the

More Skip love here.  Every episode he was in is one of my favorites.  He's just this huge, ferocious-looking guy that's so glib that I want to hug.  I wasn't a big fan of him ending up on the dark side of things.

"HEY SAL, HOW COME THEY AIN'T NO BROTHAS ON THE WALL?"

Growing up on the serialized TV shows from Hong Kong in the '80s that Andy Lau and Chow Yun-Fat came from, I recognized the tonal shifts that Keith Phipps is talking about.  They tended to start off as lighthearted, witty, sometimes slapstick comedies that, after a few months, would inevitably morph into melodrama as

Every one of the episodes I've seen, the shooters that were the so-called "experts" in their field all choke when it's their turn to fire their weapon.  The shotgun guy misses with the shotgun, the pistol guy sucks with the pistol, the trick-shot cowboy can't handle the six-shooter.  Then their teammates get all

I was hanging out with my older cousin and her friends, and they wanted to go see Porky's, and they weren't going to let having the 9-year old kid around stop them.  GREATEST MOVIE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.  One of her friends made a laughing attempt to cover my eyes during the girl's shower scene, but I slapped his hand

His cover of Faithfully is still my favorite AV Undercover song of all time.

I too grew up with Waldenbooks and B. Dalton (and I guess my Southern California version of Books & Co., Vroman's), but I never felt that Borders offered more of a selection, just more copies of the same books.  Maybe a bigger selection of technical books, but not really more of the books that I really cared about.

Keith Phipps destroys in movie trivia.  Although, I think in this crowd, Keith would destroy in any sort of trivia setting.  The key would be to throw Tasha Robinson in there, then you get a King Kong vs. Godzilla mega-awesome throwdown.

I like this format as well.  I prefer it over the previous video format because I can take it along in my car and listen to it during a commute.  The 30-40 minute length is perfect.

I'm with Noel, I watch the back-to-back episodes on TNT on occasion, but for some reason I haven't transitioned to watching the regular broadcast.  I think it's a above-average-to-great show, a spiritual descendent to Joss Whedon's Angel.  There have been some really memorable, innovative episodes (the novel writing

Angry Black Man has gotten much less angry in the last few months.
