Eat button for food!

Yeah the space part should have been more fleshed out. Think they ran out of time and had to scrap it and make this fast travel blunder instead.

Like, genuinely, it’s annoying that Nvidia just has significantly better tech, as it locks people to their hardware as games increasingly rely on these hardware tricks on top of rasterization, but it’s a pretty clear win.

So is he going to go after the Pentagon for “criminal conspiracy”.  Good luck with that.

“Premium Edition” 5-day early head start, is tonight/tomorrow (depending on time zone).  Regular release date is the 6th.

I know about the Unofficial Patch mods. I don’t use them, they’re not remotely necessary. (and yes, I’ve played Bethesda games since Morrowind, modded all of them. Don’t really use many ‘fix’-type mods.)

And yet I played both of them successfully at launch (unmodded), and my mod lists for either have almost no “fixes”. I don’t bother using the Unofficial Patch mods, because they’re not necessary.

Nah, the “buggy mess til modders fix it” has reached meme status, and keeps being repeated even when it’s not true.

What about the part where the guy stole a bunch of copies of the game and then tried to sell them?

Looks like the 50->60 shift happened in 2016.

Personally unless there is some compelling bonus I won’t preorder.

Yeah, the people on the forums who keep expecting this to be NMS 2 or Star Citizen, But Actually Finished are setting themselves up for disappointment and/or getting upset about things I never expected. “What, no in-atmosphere flight? No being able to fly up & down from orbit manually? Why aren’t there moon buggies to

“We are not going to let people be targeted based on their race.”

Considering all the morons on the Starfield steam forum posting “hur hur, why buy game when you can just gamepass for $1!”, I’m completely not surprised by this.

The free-tier rewards were pretty disappointing, especially so many of them being those “ashes” that are just used to buy some minor buffs. As well as being level-locked (I’ve got the battlepass up to 85 or 86 out of 90, but I’m only level 69, so that majority of the Ash rewards aren’t claimable.)

Yep. “Free markets” and “unfettered Capitalism”, at least until Disney says something they don’t like or Bud Light markets to a demographic they don’t like.

Between 4k textures & 7.2-or-whatever sound, games are big now. The lousy 4k texture pack DLC for Fallout 4 is like 40-50GB. The difference between the small & “hi-res texture” installs for Diablo 4 is over 40GB.  Heck, Borderlands 3 is 135GB+.

Willis said she planned to try all 19 defendants at the same time. Gonna be packed in that courtroom!

There are some features that unlock at certain levels, the dungeons to open up world difficulty 3 and 4 are at certain levels (50+ and 70+), a bunch of the ‘free’ battlepass items (the ashes you can use to unlock season buffs) are level-locked, etc.
