Huh, so that’s one thing I’m doing “wrong” (or at least differently). I currently only have two aspects in my inventory (from, like, the last 20 levels of play). I rarely find one I want to extract, since most of them are either for other playstyles I’m not using on that character, or I have them in my codex and don’t…
Still, how are people filling up so quickly? I usually empty out after the dungeon run is completed. Every so often, if it’s a dungeon with extra bosses (like “destroy 5 blood boils” which means 5 extra boss mobs) + events/etc, I go to town once near the end of a run.
Honestly this why the best high level D&D campaigns pivot away from a lot of combat. It’s the HP system. You end up having combats turning into watching numbers slowly go down if you fight any real threat.
See, the problem is that you’re trying to apply logic to these idiots.
Morons apparently enjoy watching attention whore morons, do moronic things.
Yeah, this giant pile of crates (with no-one reacting to it) isn’t quite the same as tabletop D&D, but I think he was alluding more to the way that players will tend to come up with the craziest plans/ideas/etc to get past whatever the GM is putting in front of them and/or totally derail the GM’s plans.
Honestly, stuff like this is part of why I’ve been avoiding Larian’s latest games - it’s just too much. There’s too many options, too many permutations, it’s overwhelming. I think of getting D:OS2 or BG3, and just get stressed out by the overload of stuff.
Anyone who leans that hard on “You must hate free speech!” is clearly doing something shady.
It’s likely a very minor part of the game, but it’s very good for making articles people will click on.
And I think back to the signed Black Lotus I sold in the late 90's for $300.... /sigh
GOP passes abortion ban: It’s the will of the people!
“Trying to determine how scale-itch got onto Normandy. Sexually transmitted disease. Only carried by Varren. Implications unpleasant”
and the AAA one they’re charging $70 for is even worse than the free one.
There’s actually plenty of opportunities to see your character in large size. And you might be surprised how well you can see the characters during normal gameplay. Even at 1080p. /shrug
Hmm, guess I’m not familiar with “battlepass” games. Seems odd that you can earn back everything you spent - how do they make money on it then?
I guess I just saw the 666 platinum as a discount/refund on the 1000 cost of the pass, not a “I can buy something with this” total. After all, if you’re willing to drop 1k on the pass, you’re already in the “willing to spend $” category, so you’ll probably spend more $ on plat later. If only for the next pass.
If you don’t have this pre-paid/deluxe ‘free’ Battlepass unlock, clicking that button takes you to a regular purchase options screen (buy basic pass, or super-deluxe version).
Gamers “uproar” way too easily these days.
