Paper speaker cones are still quite common in any audio application and aren’t a bad thing. My $2500 B&W floorstanders have AL-coated paper cones on the bass drivers.

Every gallon of gas produced 20 pounds of CO2. Estimates of costs to remove CO2 is $600/ton.

Did you not read the beginning of the sentence? If the owner already had this repaired, it would have been done under warranty and at no cost to the customer. There’s nothing to reimburse.
