The looks are great, but the use of interior space is atrocious.  The damn hatchback opening is tiny and there is barely any cargo space even with the rear seats folded down.

Did you not read the beginning of the sentence? If the owner already had this repaired, it would have been done under warranty and at no cost to the customer. There’s nothing to reimburse.
