LoL really? The 992 is light years ahead of the 996 in terms of performance. A 992 S does the ring 17 seconds faster than a 996 GT3 RS for example.

Given Porsche has been doing PTS for $10k+ for years now with plenty of people opting to have their one of one paint job, this at $8k sounds like a pretty good deal.

I’m sorry to say here, but David you don’t seem like a pretty lousy wrench turner.

Just cleaning up a hole like this is a 5-10 minute job. On top of that, cross threading is such an amateur mistake, almost every bolt on a vehicle you should be able to thread in by hand (or a socket on an extension) without a wrench. If

Dealer only? Ha, there’s tons of aftermarket passenger side mounts for the Mazda 3. I did a half dozen of them for people, less than half hour jobs super simple.

You know it’s funny, all these expensive suggestions....I owned a Mazdaspeed 3 for a number of years, was one of the most fun vehicles I’ve ever been in. Something a bit less refined, a bit of a handful, with some light mods so you can hear it spool and blow off and make noises, just good silly fun.

Counterpoint to basically everyone here...this is great. The PDK is an awesome transmission and this might lead to a GT4 RS. This will lead to more sales of GT4's which means more of these cars on the market for all the cheap asses here who can’t afford one of these that claim they’ll buy one in 10 years.

Oh not you again, stfu.

I’d have liked to have seen the RX-9 be a rotary generator but electric drive...the rotary is great at constant speed in a generator position but electric being the way of the future.

GTS 4.0 follows after some of the previous 4.0 naming on GT3's of years past.

Can’t believe nobody has mentioned it but the other big reason is weight and balance. The airline has loaded that aircraft knowing where people are seated and adjusted luggage and fuel loads accordingly. Moving a few thousand pounds of people out of the back into the front can screw that up.

Wow, you must be really intimate with Elon Musk’s nuts....geeze

How bout that...lol 9 times out of 10, I would have been right but it’s nice to be wrong this time.

“hopefully have a good paying job...” implies he is either not employed or is low income, either way this right there says he doesn’t have the money to be driving expensive cars.

Clearly one 1992 Lexus makes for an obvious trend...everyone listen, this BMW toting german (based on name) says all Lexus’s suck because he had a bad one almost 30 years ago.

The fact you’re an unemployed student and driving a 3 series sickens me...you are what’s wrong with the world, people spending far beyond their means.

You better believe when I was in school I drove the junkiest ford escort ever...and my treat for finishing? A mid-trim manual Mazda 3 so I could get to work on time

Only thing is I wouldn’t blame Delta directly...they would have contracted the uniforms out to a supplier/manufacturer. They’re the ones who produced a poor product and I can’t imagine Delta would have their own staff to analyze the clothing for these problems or have any reason to. As long as they do what’s necessary

Don’t lump Porsche in with the rest of the german non-sense, they are one of the few that buck the trend on reliability.

Something just feels off about the EPA tests...I’d be skeptical as a manufacturer too if other test cycles have all yielded better range. One has to wonder if either the car did something wrong, the EPA messed up their testing, or other manufacturers have been cheating.

Yeah, only a proper Turbo model is worth this asking price...but a run of the mill S, despite having a turbocharged engine, isn’t worth this much.

It’s not a turbo, title is misleading...it’s an S, which makes it firmly crack pipe. For a real Turbo this would be a nice price.
