Uh ya, 425 miles is not acceptable in any circumstances for any repair. At 60 miles per hour, that’s 7 hours of driving. Hell to the no.

I would expect the employee who did it to get fired and would expect free service for a damn long time.

In the best cases, you both use the same financial institution and just go in and directly transfer the money. Otherwise, go together and get a cashiers cheque from their bank, drive over to your bank and deposit it, then sign stuff over. Doing it all together, there’s no chance of funny business.

Disagree. The point of them tacked on the top of the dash like they are is so that you don’t have to take your eyes very far off the road and refocus. Having used both styles, I much prefer for usage the tablet on the dash rather than the lower integrated style.

On the bright side on most Lexus vehicles, the stereo and climate are still controlled with physical buttons. I have an NX and almost never need to use the awful touchpad unless I’m using the nav system (which isn’t very often).

Yeah, PDK by far. Feels butter smooth in automatic mode but bangs the shifts home stupidly fast when you pull the paddle in sport mode. First time I ever drove a Porsche with a PDK I was completely blown away with how well it shifted.

I recently got a steal of a deal on a 3m 7800s full face respirator. Versus half masks and goggles and glasses and dust masks and all the other stuff out there, this one and done approach is so much nicer and more comfortable and better protection than anything else.
