Well, they sold them to Brockway, Ogdenville and North Haverbrook, and it put them on the map!

I dunno, a monorail sounds more like a Shelbyville idea.
Beyonce would approve. To the left! To the left!
I doubt people are doing that, tho. They are more likely taking out 84 month loans on something large and overpriced.
Ugh, I feel your pain...finished redoing the brakes on my ‘98 C1500 last year. I’d done the rear lines already, so I did the front lines this time along with everything else up there. Used NiCu and bent/flared them myself. Luckily it’s a spare vehicle so I wasn’t under the gun.
Pure unadulterated, unbridled rage.
Youtube.
I’m not either. I’ve not taken a car to a shop because of inability to perform a repair in 15+ years.
Thank God I don’t have to run a car charger to my portable CD player, connected to my tape adapter that needs wiggled the right way into the car’s tape deck. The portable CD player needed to sit level on the center console, and even with shock protection would from time to time skip over speed bumps and other bumps…
Tuning and sync’ing carbs. Its not that its particularly difficult if you know what you’re doing. I just have no idea what I’m doing. I was raised on fuel injection. Bosch K and LH jetronic. I could write a book about those. Diagnose a failed fuel distributor or AMM (MAF) from across a parking lot.
Other than keep countless people out of the hospital / 6 feet under the ground.

This. I have worked around many many police departments and the saying “You’re not born till you’re sworn” is supposed to mean something, but apparently it just means you get to hide behind the shield with the rest of them rather than have a code of honor that you swear to uphold.
Never should have taken orders for Mavericks. Everyone knows Mavericks take orders from no one.
That’s about white.
Is the gravy there different?
If it has the Allison 3spd transmission (they all had Allisons though) and raised floors it isn’t really a “transit bus” per se. More like longish haul suburban service with highway speeds expected. The true transit versions had either the “1 speed” with just a lockup torque converter or the later 2spd with same.…
Looks like a Nova going down the highway.
I am totally fine with this “gravy on everything” idea.
I’ve always considered myself chaotic good, so I’m definitely getting roll-stops as long as I’m not going to run over a pedestrian.
