I’m extremely lucky in that I live directly across the street from a neighborhood grocery store. Man, what luxury! My husband and I just moved here and it isn’t exactly a perfect house, so we still look. Not sure I can give up the grocery store though. It would have to be really really perfect.

The wire used for weed eaters perhaps?

Buttermilk will last LONG past its “best by” date. Like two or more months longer and probably longer than that. But even I have a cut off date! I use buttermilk for cornbread and other baked goods, fish/shrimp/oyster fry soak with crystal hot sauce, buttermilk brioche French toast.

Can they tell me how to buy a package of fresh chicken breasts for less than $15?

Small package of chicken breasts $15
Large package of chicken breasts $15

These shops sell Coke, Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Monster, Mtn Dew, Sprite and so on... It’s soda in the broad sense of the word.

My house, utilities, etc - is still less expensive and far more commodious.

and after they blow all their money, they’ll expect you to take care of them. This will likely happen anyway, but a cruise ship retirement may speed it up a bit. At least they can say they got something tangible out of it rather than if they their money to a televangelist.

And if they get bored after one month, at least they discovered for themselves.
