USNS Comfort has not been deployed because 1.) Trump does not care about Hispanics 2.) He has no idea that Seagoing Medical Treatment Facilities actually exist.  

I don’t understand why the USNS Comfort hasn’t been deployed to Puerto Rico. Given the severity of theses storms, she should have been on alert status.
