Ha, so that's why Toyota is making a minivan version!

I'm guessing the Volt is dying because Chevy's brand just doesn't work for a hybrid. Their buyers are middle America, lower tax brackets anti-green party types. I can't think of why else Toyota sells Priuses by the boat load and Chevy struggles to sell the most advanced hybrid on the market. Other than the toy car…
Cool, duuuude, paaas the piiiipe.
See the bit about Americans STILL loving muscle cars? Muscle cars are luxury items now, not blue collar goods. Just like the $60k monster pickup trucks, they're bought by young rich men. And the rich are doing fine in this economy. People don't stop buying Porsches based on gas prices, either.
First of all, probably an unintentional slip, but you identified yourself as Chinese. How was I to know you were American based on that?
Alfa, Alfa, wherefore art thou Alfa? Get your ASS STATESIDE! Come on, Sergio!
Oktoberfest is a state of mind, my friend.
American Motors executives had a theme song, it was Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds. What a trip the 70s were, duuuuuuude!
The ipad isn't. The MBA isn't. The appletv isn't. Your common knowledge is obsolete. Time to upgrade.
There are more important things to learn than technology that is always changing. I learn this stuff for fun now, and it saves me some money from time to time, but if I didn't learn about history, politics and art first, I'd have no reasoning ability to make good judgements - REGARDLESS of technical knowledge.
I'm not surprised that Audi, BMW and Mercedes are doing well. There's no sign from Congress that their demographic will have to give up any money during this recession/crisis/debt crunch. Projecting this trend out, the future is only Kias and supercars, nothing in between. Oh, and special edition Mustangs. Even…
Isn't it hilarious that the real cars have more buttons now?
It's a MASERATI! NP.
I don't think those have a AAA trail rating.
This thread is honestly depressing. It might be causing the London riots, stock markets to crash, gov't downgrades and website hacktivists: Malaise Era 2!
Yes, and there are exciting new engine designs coming along. They can support the next obscure engine technology. Tilt at a more fuel-efficient windmill, please?
That's one holy hell of a reverse gear.
They wouldn't set fire to ol' Rupert. They're more scared of his wife than the bobbies. She's probably packing heat!
Bloodbuzzkill Ohio!
As usual, Desu-San-Desu stole the show with his comment.
