It’s nice to see them Rectify the situation.

The second season has been more mind numbing than mind blowing.
The series finale truly works if you can buy that scene in the garage, and I didn’t (or couldn’t).
Roseanne was more than a ‘certified hit’. It was the No 1 show in America - which makes its sudden cancellation all the more astonishing. The beautiful irony is that the President of ABC is a black woman - which goes to show that she really does live in a different America now (sad!).
The cancellation after the recent renewal is the best joke that the Roseanne revival got to make - and the joke was on Roseanne (Barr).
I think everyone that watches Baskets feels that - its built into the premise of the show, and part of its appeal.
So, it looks as if Laurie Holden will be playing a decisive role in two FX series finales.
Roseanne used to be ahead of its time. Now its merely of its time. Sad!
Whatever tickles your fanny.
thanks dad.
I would’t have linked to that article - the heading is misleading (false or premature) and poorly sourced. Many of us already knew they were talking to Amazon anyway and there are concerns that they are calling it The Expense.
I intended to criticize the episode, but you’ve convinced me that it was a lot better than I allowed for.
An outstanding article on how The Expanse came into fruition - first as a proposed MMO and then finally as a series of novels written by two separate guys connected to GRR Martin
I tried reading the opening pages of the first book last night. Does the writing improve, or does the prose continue to feel so...second rate?
I haven’t read the books, but your remark made me suspect what I already knew or hoped for (and google confirmed it).
I thought the protomolecule was supposed to be top secret. How is that there was a ‘news at 11' segment (or live stream) at the end that specifically refers to it as a ‘Protomolecule Event on Venus’?
The scenes with the hosts are becoming increasingly boring and redundant as they become more human- but the scenes with Mullan as Delos were absolutely fantastic.
Self loathing appears to be her defining feature and/or the animating force of her comedy -and we’re constantly feeling the weight of it via her constant craving for validation.
I’m not a man - and me thinks she protests too much. I don’t believe that she really thinks she’s hot or that repeatedly sticking your head in a cooler is an instance of feminism. She clearly has an eating disorder and/or body dismorphia. She is merely displacing her “gut-busting hilarity” into the public realm, or…
huh?
