You can absolutely divulge that Munro had purchased and sold Tesla stock this year without giving a jackass like Niedermayer any credence.

Maybe she’s not one for dancing, but the second-last character illustrated literally has two left feet.

Wells said the officer “was mistaken when it came to the store’s policy prohibiting masks” and it was “the one error” made in the incident.

That’s the case for trademarks, NOT copyrights. This is a copyright issue, which that doesn’t apply to.

The point in shutting down fan creations is not because they become replacements. It’s because it becomes much harder to stop someone from using the IP and win in court if in the past it can be proven that you knew about someone else using the IP and not stopping them. It is a preventative measure.

The point in shutting down “fan creations” is that they reach a point of being a substitute for the original. I think this is the case here. Dreams is rife with stolen/copied content which is a real shame considering how much you can do with it. You give people these amazing tools to work with and all they do is clone

trust me, if it ever happens the headline would lead with the words “holy shit”

Damn it I saw the picture for the article and thought they announced a new Dark Forces game. Now I’m sad.

I’d like to sincerely thank you for reminding me that I’m not the worst writer in the world by drawing attention to this absurd New York Post review, which is no doubt the most idiotic piece of writing I’ve read in ages.

I was actually really pleased with how a lot of it was written to make the attacks of hypermasculinity clearly unhinged and wild- I thought Mollie was always a good foil for Shelby and Miles bullshit, clearly and repeatedly treating them like children after a tantrum. Her rant in the car was an especially good example

Probably because those are uniforms not of types, but of the gyms.  They’re the ones worn by the leader and the other trainers of that gym, who’re theoretically also battling it out before the Gym Challenge to assert who’s in the Majors and who’s in the Minors for that season.  You can buy those uniforms like you can

Yes, but dammit, we COOK with it. Let’s see you make all your lovely baked goods, sauces, and mac n cheese dishes without it!

Julie scoffs at the fact that her dad has erected a giant wall in order to lock humanity away from the outside world. I’d argue that a zombie apocalypse is the one scenario where that’s actually a justified response.

Oh shit, you’re telling me a video game website doesn’t report random murders, deaths, and accidents, and only mentions them when they’re notably tied to video games?

This has blown my mind.

Past tense is an odd way to write conjecture.

“The dad was wrong in the end. Steven was the safest.”

The house is a Sarlacc. In the words of the great golden god of the Ewoks, they will be digested over a thousand years.
