The Zelda ones look about right for the GameBoy Color games. I’m literally looking at Link’s Awakening DX right now and they’re identical. He’s using the same sprites and color palate. So yes, definitely only 8-bit for those ones.

That’t exactly why you haven’t had the problem; you’ve used FIVE controllers. In that same time most people have only used one resulting in five times the wear. Most of us can’t afford five controllers.
