Hair cutter person: Who do you like on Sunday?

They pay me to make videos . . . though several years ago, when I was just a freelancer, I wrote a text-only review of football, which I linked in this post. This video is, in fact, an abridging of that article, so the text review is sort of a better deal content-wise . . . :-D

My script was so long before I just deleted 3/4 of it and typed “Football defense is really complicated.”

I was working on my video when I saw that post on Deadspin and I felt like Liam Neeson at the end of Schindler’s List.

Now you know what it’s like to be a straight man

I am not a troll. My point in correcting the initial person I responded to was because he had this entire defense predicated on the fact that he wasn’t charged yet. I corrected him that he was charged. People came after me because the article says he wasn’t charged yet. I got defensive because I am an attorney and so

A review of football in five words: America’s worst version of itself.

Hey, man, somebody somewhere needs that first 1:30.

“Information we could have really used...YESTERDAY!”

You know what else they have in Europe?

This is not true for every jurisdiction, especially the being held 40 days without being formally charged. I assume you are talking about Florida law given your name, but that’s not true where I’m at and probably not true where this guy is at. Either way given the update it looks like this is a felony which is some

I said charged.

Fuck face, if you are going to correct me, do your research.

Seriously, use common sense. How was he booked at 1:00 am when it is currently 9:20 pm local time?

This is 1000% untrue. The police can hold you, but bail is set after charging, not before.

No, it comes from reading the screencap of the government website. What was that about reading comprehension?

Understanding the legal system trumps what a local paper said. Bail is set with charges, not arrest.

Except bail has been set. Dude has been charged.

Bail isn’t set on arrest. Bail has been set in this case.
