I’ve never seen someone use “too many entertainment options” as an argument against something lol. That kind of just seems like a very specific personal issue that isn’t transferrable to most people. Personally I don’t turn on my console or open Steam or anything unless I already know what I want to play.

The problem is everybody is so scared of their sequel numbers getting too high. An easy solution is to move away from numbers altogether:

F*** you Carl you smug bastard.

Just so it’s said...

I haven’t played HFW obviously but it sounds like it already does bring in “real world” themes but then discards them at the end in favor of Plot, which is absolutely something to criticize.

Any surprises?

None of that reveals the plot though. None of those titles make any sense without context.

No, it really doesn’t. It paints them as missed opportunities or weaker areas. The reviewer obviously loved the game, as they said multiple times, but that doesn’t mean it should be without criticism. “But that seems tasteless.”

I dunno about thinking it. Tons of people have thought shitty things about others without consideration.
But to write it out anyway is a very weird thing to do.

I sincerely think you need to take a long, hard look at yourself for even thinking that (and for still actually saying it, which you did just in a less honest way). That kind of thoughtless cruelty is part of how we got to this place.

that reminds me...when are we getting a remaster of this:

I desperately need the Kotaku equivalent of @UnDeadspin, that just links every article written by the ex-writers.

Shit like this happens all the time has very little to do with them being black

because an xbox is one of the best media/entertainments hubs that also plays games and not everyone has the time or space to deal with PC ownership?

The internet is a manifestation of humanity, and a defining part of humanity is culture, and culture is manifested by history and socialization, and a big part of socialization are norms, patterns of behavior, and mores, which are thusly dictated by, reinforced, and changed by continuous referencing and evaluation by
