The 970/980 were some of the best cards in late 2014 and while they're still adequate now, they can only do 1440p at best. So while they can play everything well enough, no 4K.

What I'm saying is that 4K/60FPS will be the future standard. Everything is going that way, even if it's not the norm yet.
You can choose to enjoy 1080p for now, just like I'm sure people took their time adapting to HD or Blu Ray, but there are a lot of people eager to stay ahead of the curve tech wise.

1080p is fine and all but 4K is the new frontier now.

Emma is back! Emma taps out in the tag match! Welcome back Emma!

I have played the original, a long time ago.
A character saying fuck "over and over again" - and the context of that situation is that he's a crim who just got double-crossed out of money - alone doesn't say edgy, especially with the aforementioned setting and characters as colourful as they are (edgy would be if the

An obviously unsavory criminal character throwing out 3-4 mfers is what's classed as "edgy" now? Mountain out of a molehill, but hey, that's just me. The barely cable network level of swearing didn't detract for me the personality the characters oozed, or the mind-blowing level of detail in the world design shown in

You wanna play a game without swearing, play some Sony games then?

"EXCELLENT" *thumbs up*

Pretty underwhelming showing by Sony this year.

yeah they came into their own a little this episode. I hope Sonny Jim is real and not some kind of aberration sired into existence, or that's going to be s a d

I will fight for the right of pineapple on pizza. RIP, food father.

Your mileage may vary, I guess. I see predominantly video game/entertainment sites doing video features picking apart each episode and see it trending on Twitter each week.

It's consistently been a big talking point as far as I've seen.

Balthazar Getty's Red is up there with Cera's Wally as best new character so far.

So far. Episode 6 of 18.

Obviously it'll lead somewhere though. This is just the start of whatever story the show is telling with the character.

Well it's a premium product for people who have 4K TVs and want that extra juice. There are people who need to have all the new and best looking tech, the newest iPhone, whatever - and those who are fine using a 2 year older model which does most of the same stuff, just without the extra glitz, bells and whistles.

If you're serious about gaming and want to stay somewhat up to date, $500 on a good video card you'd have to replace every second year at the least. Getting into your fourth year you'd be looking at more RAM, new screen, a new MOBO wouldn't be long after that…

I'm sort of excited because I did like the original Crackdown, but from the video shown it could do with a little bit more polish?

You'd be surprised. It took me having a great paying job to finally build a PC for gaming, but I didn't do it to build a machine to just be adequate which I'd have to update every year - I wanted something top of the line and future proofed for the next 5, and that was more $1500. $500 won't get you a top of the line
