Were there a lot of people who were never exposed to Fisk outside of the Netflix show? Because I keep seeing this criticism and - here’s the thing - Fisk has always been portrayed as inhumanly strong and able to endure a lot of damage. He’s not a superpowered character but he’s not not a superpowered character.

Characte

Dude, I know this is silly to ask with your endless posting of comic book pages, but do you know Fisk? The plot to kill Eleanor failed and Fisk is a very, “if you’re going to do it right, do it yourself,” kind of guy. Especially given that he’s nearly impervious to physical harm. He’s, since his inception, bought his

Comics Fisk was always super strong.

I think at that point with the tracksuits defeated and Elanor seemingly about to get away he decided to get his hands dirty. He underestimated Kate showing up that quickly.

Well, but he was angry, and he needed to remind people of just who controls this city.

I do. Thanks for being here for me.

He was hit by a car right before that fight. Also he’s not dead.

It was less of Kate holding her own and more Yelena just not having any interest in fighting, and Kate not being her objective. Kate was more of a slight annoyance on the way to do the thing.

You are a miserable fuck who hates joy. Someone has to tell you this.

Nobody believes Fisk is dead. Lol

I never watched Daredevil so I didn’t have a connection to D’Onofrio’s take on Kingpin. But when his scenes popped up, I was like, ‘damn, this guy is a villian!’

I think he was messing with Kyle on a subconscious level. He got back at Kyle by being happy and a better Jew than he is.

I don’t understand everyone’s desire to see Clint punished for his time as Ronin. He should take responsibility for it emotionally and in his self image, and he seems to have done that.

Alfre Woodard has been in the MCU as two different characters, major one in Luke Cage and the woman who goads Tony Stark into signing the Accords in Civil War, so yeah I don’t think they care that much about different characters being played by the same actors.

I took it as Val just being the handler. Eleanor hired Val’s services, and Val sent Yelena as the assassin.

They’ve had actors in multiple roles before; Sersi in Eternals was identical to Minn-Erva in Captain Marvel with a different skin color.

Real weird list, but it was kind of a weird year, too. It Takes Two was the best game I played this year, with Psychonauts 2, Metroid Dread, Forza Horizon 5, and Halo Infinite all deserving GOTY consideration, too.

Returnal was probably the game that I was most split on. In terms of mechanics alone, it’s a GREAT game,

Hey, I liked it a whole lot! :(

I thought it hit her in the shoulder.
