It won’t happen because an investigation would have to prove the charges first. The people who run the organizations that could do these investigations; Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell and Jeff Sessions, are probably guilty of colluding with Trump. So they would be investigating themselves as well.

They can, but the standards to amend the Constitution are extremely high. The Democrats would have 2/3 majorities in both houses to propose one and the it’d have to be approved by 75% of the state governments to become law.

Pence is just as guilty as Trump. If Trump gets exposed, then Pence is going down too, as are Ryan, McConnell, Sessions and a host of others.

The House of Representatives and the Senate will only consider removing him if an investigation has conclusive proof of his collusion.
