Can i ask why when people mention post truth news, there is never any mention of Iraq?

During the 70s/80s the Vietnamese community (likely ex Southern navy/army) murdered several Vietnamese journalists that they saw as pro communist. They even attempted to invade Vietnam in the 80s from Thailand but likely were defeated in Laos. The Vietnamese community is no stranger to the far right but white

That is such a strange drama, everything is like a normal drama then suddenly - oh yeh that woman was enslaved into prostitution. I

I can very easily imagine a hardcore Vietnamese fascist/nationalist but a white nationalist….That makes no sense.

Yeh the Japanese fit really weirdly into European racial schemes. For example the French saw the Japanese as civilised as the European, or at least almost.

Didn't polling show that the majority of people simply don't care Russia…. Though obviously Putin is no communist.

One of the strangest things about this election was watching The Drum- a political panel show in Australia which is pretty famous for usually being full of idiots and the slime that comes out of right wing "think tanks". Obviously they bring along a Trump supporter who basically says not to be worried and that she

Really I thought they really went out of their way to not mention Tibet….Likely something to do with the Chinese market.

It is difficult to underestimate how much Lena Dunham and Amy Schumer don't matter.

12 Monkeys is a good film but it is nothing compared to La Jetee.

Thank god I wasn't the only one….It's strange it seems that Hollywood has finally discovered that Iraq/Afghanistan exist but they can only produce bad comedies.

Ah and the soldiers are obviously there to be a foil/keep them in check but they never seem to do anything of the sort. Such an incompetent movie.

Sure I agree 100%.

Oh sure but this is a problem that is endemic of America's construction of the Vietnam war. It something that happened to them in a far away land.

My feelings about Dispatches are complicated. Dispatches is clearly an excellent book that deserves all the praise it gets. On the other hand it virtually ignores the Vietnamese and nearly everything in it has become cliche and has been poorly imitated. So in other words Dispatches greatest failures is it own success.

There is a torrent on kat or you can download it from libgen….You should check out the sequel to The Short-Timers, some of it is a bit cliche but the 2nd part in which the main character is kidnapped and joins the Vietnamese guerrillas is one of the strangest things I have ever read.

Listen to Barnaby speak. Afterwords it seem possible, it shouldn't be but it is….Somehow he is deputy Prime Minister.

In alternative world news, boring, hot work with low pay eliminated. Workers everywhere rejoice.

I am fairly certain that I read the Da Vinci Code when I was 13 with no problems.

Ohh so thats what Rebecca Hall was supposed to do.
