Hello, Whore!

Ianto's death definitely broke my heart a bit. I didn't know about Davies saying that though.

I don't know but if it is, can that cake/frosting screech be the new CUT MY COW! IN TWO PIECES!! thing?

I wish this was true. The show is obviously all downhill from here.

Only if he can still be the star quarterback.

Supernatural: Riverdale Heights

I didn't name him, I just believe in his promises of a life of deliciousness. I'm sure he'll deliver on his promises.

They're cast against type! Oooh, subversive!

Busy Phillips? I like her, but the force is strong with a punny or wordplay thread.

I found a complete issue in pdf format online, a few years ago. So odd. I agree this probably wouldn't happen today since branding is so important.

I kinda think he looks like they could have cast him as Jughead, honestly.

I too have a bad feeling. I'm sure somebody from the CW thought Gossip Girl and The OC were "subversive" too.

Black Phillip or GTFO

Please, please, not those born again Archie comics from the 70s

It's a great show indeed, but like many here I'm watching too much right now. I'm also behind weekly shows and in watching things that are bingeable online and that I have not seen yet.

I haven't done a season one rewatch, but isn't this father-son ethical schism relevant to Mike as well? Wasn't Mike a dirty cop whose non-dirty son reluctantly became dirty at dad's urging, and ended up dying for it? That's how I recall it, but I could be misremembering.

Agreed, but my first point about Mike's fatal flaw, as it relates to his perception of Walt or Daniel - is more about how Mike sees them and responds to them (or anyone). Mike is 90% eye rolls and thinking everyone else is a moron.

But also, a large part of that is the cards meant so much to the guy that he was going to continue with the police report even though Mike warned him it was an awful idea. If Mike hadn't stepped in, that guy would have gone to the cops, which could have led to Mike possibly being implicated. So I agree with you, but

Walt may not have been "actively stupid" but was certainly idiotic (if not an outright idiot) in many ways. One of the main reasons I see Walt this way is precisely Mike's death
scene, where too late Walt realizes he didn't have to kill Mike at all, and says so outright. That is exactly where my mind was at when I

Agreed, when he was pointing out his "doctor" said that he had anomalous DNA too. I think he was just being ranting crazy-pants conspiracy guy, jumping to conclusions and misinterpreting evidence. He had anomalous DNA like everyone else, but it wasn't alien dna and was of no use, immunity wise.
