Richard Jenkins was another.
Yeah. that's what I thought - the remake is just called "let me in". It's been years since I've seen either, though. I wouldn't think 'cats vs vampires' would be unmemorable, but I guess that's proof for your point.
I honestly don't remember that happening in that show. Sounds like a rewatch might be in order.
They wouldn't even need to be werecats, really. Scenes with armies of domestic housecats battling vampires would make this show infinitely better.
Neither do I. I was thinking the vamp crew was wanting some sort of vengeance on Gus for his part in helping the master rise in New York. As in, forcibly making him join their anti-Master team.
AND THAT"S WHAT YOU GET FOR SMOKING IN THE BUNKER!
I haven't read the books but I'm guessing he's wanted for his part in the, uh, Mastering of New York. Maybe they forcibly recruit him into their squad.
Young Set in bad makeup really threw me for a bit of a loop. The costume designers seem pretty determined to give everybody unnecessary wigs and unconvincing make-up.
Just reading this now and so chiming in very late, but: Yeah, I'm a bit surprised but can't really say I don't get why they're dropping it. Hopefully we'll get a review of the S10 premiere for one last hurrah.
Hair Club for Men and Grecian Formula
I admit to being very out-of-the-loop on it, so can't truly comment on recent plot specifics, but that sounds about right for that show.
Eph lacks the leadership skills and selflessness of tommy pickles.
I guess there's a lot of shows rocking the the anti-hero thing, but SoA is probably the worst of the lot. It just tries way too hard, and the ultra-hip sociopathy thing makes my face hurt from constant cringing. There's not even a pretense of "once good person, now corrupted" or any sort of moral ambiguity at all.…
Rugrat. Alternatively: The Rugrat.
It might make me as dumb as the happy hacker, but I'd take my chances on the street if the alternative was being cooped up with all that secondhand smoke. No smoking in the bunker!
I agree with you on the son though. I liked all the older leads but the people who were supposed to be the main attraction didn't do much for me at all.
Oh, no - it wasn't my criteria for liking him. Just saying I'd still fuck him even if you don't like him.
I really thought he was awful in it. I'm no fan of SoA anyway, which I find both pretentious and embarrassing, but I wouldn't single him out as the weak link there. He was really the wrong choice for the Pacific Rim lead.
Eh, I'd still fuck him.
