Hunnam was a complete tree stump in Pacific Rim. Although I like that movie a lot. It was schlock, but highly entertaining schlock.

I can't agree but I'm not particularly interested in beating up on either kid online, so I'll digress. And I'll give you the age thing, which I hadn't factored in at all.
Magic Markerness - that is an apt description.
I just feel like it was long overdue. And if anywhere can handle double-barreled mocking, it's got to be here.
adios, Diane
your hyperbolic accent
was embarrassing.
I feel like the time has come to finally draw attention to Durand's atrocious dye job. Stoll's wig steals all the thunder, but Durand's hair deserves some mockery, as well.
He said as much, in his message. Something about calling "again". Or something close to that.
"Because Mommy doesn't love you anymore."
He wants the hair. It's all about that magnificent head of hair.
I noticed he wasn't a complete wooden board when he was surfing his stupid fake web site, so I was okay with him earlier on, too. I'm basically just comparing him to recent child actors in other scifi/genre stuff: Orphan Black, Intruders, etc. Much less cringe per square inch.
Overall mediocrity of the episode aside, I was mildy impressed with the acting of Eph Jr tonight. It's not like I'd hand the kid any awards, but he delivered his lines pretty believably. Considering all the wooden kid actors on tv these days, they did a pretty decent casting job here.
The Great Glass Domevator is the exciting sequel to that all-time classic, Jimmie and the Idiot Factory.
I wasn't suggesting they should have known to do it in as a season-long series in 1994, only that in hindsight the project was probably doomed from the start. And that it would be a good project for an anthology series today.
So much of King's stuff gets the B-movie treatment. I'd love to see a few of his adaptations with decent FX budgets and money for a decent cast, etc. I also agree with the HBO thing - way too much sanitizing of his work on the networks
I think it's an idea that maybe wouldn't have flown before the popularity of shows like American Horror story and True Detective. But I think it could work with today's audiences. And it would save some of his other works from the trainwreck fate of Under the Dome, from changing things to extend into multiple…
I think this one is still pretty much a favourite of a lot of people, but I never liked it much despite really wanting to. But it always felt like the most bargain basement version of this story and the mini-series length didn't quite do it justice. This needed a full season to do this right - at least 13 eps. …
How much dome could a dome chuck chuck, if a dome chuck could chuck dome?
