I'm glad I have the closed captioning on while watching this, because the best part of this episode was when captions from a commercial lingered in the scene with the guy chained up in diapers/tightie whities, reading something about diapers and leakage protection. A true story of unexpected goodness from misaligned…
I agree. I've been out of the loop for a couple of weeks partly because of being busy, but partly because I turned it off in the middle 2.7 (Weird as You), because of the impending dread with whatever the hell Trey is planning with a possible Daniel set-up. Anyway, hoping to be all caught up by late tonight/tomorrow.
I'm not sure they're doing it on purpose as much as they're doing it out of contractual obligation. I think they're playing it straight, for the most part.
It's also based on a series of mystery books that seems pretty popular with the older crowd too. But I agree it's a decent show generally. I'm not watching this season as I'm only slowly making my way through the first 2 on netflix, but it is a far better show than UtD.
Sleestaks would totally make this show worth watching. Throw in a Sigmund, a pot-smoking dragon and some asshole little flute and they just might earn an Emmy.
Under the Dingo that ate my baby.
Pink Stars, Clear Domes, Red Heads, Blonde Barbies, Big Jims, and Purple Eggies! Poorly Written Show: It's Magically Horrendous!
Under the Dunce Cap
Oh, for sure. And this is far better than Dexter's final couple of seasons in general.
That really seems the most fitting ending, and I mean that in the worst possible way.
I'd forgotten all about that. For my money, that was the worst season, hands down.
Maybe promoted is a better word than advertising - it is encouraging people to follow the top commenters at the site. Here are the top commenters, follow them/get involved, sort of thing.
That's probably not far from the truth. Disqus/AVC sort of advertises the site's most prolific commenters in some sort of weird advertisement. I bet one or two spambot dispatchers have latched on to the whole list.
She was the doctor that treated Sookie from the Maenad attack.
Maybe it's their reaction to news of a Season 3 renewal.
Under the Duhrrrrrrrrrr
Or even Nulin Blood
I love that show in all its over-the top-glory, it's the very definitions of pulp and guilty pleasure. It reminds me of early True Blood with the crazy, so I can see why Ball got on board with it as the EP
Which one? I don't think they all can happen. OR CAN THEY??
