This jumped out at me:

When I was job hunting a bit less than a decade ago, the “common wisdom” among my fellow interviewee ladies was also that you shouldn’t wear an engagement (or wedding) ring—but back then the reasoning was not that potential employers would assume you were high maintenance. Rather, the rumored thinking was that an

Brock Turner. Nicholas Fifield. Now David Becker. The list just keeps growing. Time and time again the justice system tells white, male athletes that they can get away with rape, that their futures matter more than the futures of their victims. That they are the real victims. We hear you loud and clear, women’s lives

That’s it, I’m sick of flight delays.

Until we have proof, we'll just have to wing it

She also supposedly delivered the baby with one push, so maybe airplanes are conducive to the act of birthing.

So basically they got in formation, proved they have coordination and slayed before they got eliminated? Sorry had to do a Beyonce reference lol

If I ever hire a party planner, I may specify “Ole Miss degree a plus.”

I think it’s the flaunt. There is much flaunt in that picture. Braggery, even.

You can’t 100%.

Wrong again, there are incredibly detailed statistics on that exact subject. Educate yourself, simpleton.

That’s the kind of face you normally see after hundreds of years of aristocratic in-breeding. I’ve seen a plate of mashed potatoes with more distinction.

I think the woman reading Advise and Consent is Ginnifer Goodwin’s character from Mona Lisa Smile eight years later, after she moved to NYC.

If you’re going to act like an old troll at least give me some pizza.

This thin blue line stuff is real, and cops are terrified of crossing it. Also, if you’ve known cops, you’ve probably heard them grouse about internal affairs. What’s lost in all this is that one, single, thing allows cops to do their jobs. It’s not their uniform. It’s not the badge. It’s not the gun.

This. Cops hate you, plain and simple. It's "Us vs. Them" always has been, always will be.

And beyond that, there seems to be a disproportionately large percentage of police officers who openly flout the laws and proclaim they don’t need to obey them. The most common (and pretty egregious) errors are made with regard to drunk driving laws. Go to a police event where there’s drinking involved and try to cut

There are no good cops. There are plenty of good people who are cops. But on duty there are no good cops. They are built and designed to kill you if you are black/poor/POC. They do their job very well and like the radio guy says, they don’t speak up when their pals murder. There are no good cops.

You know that “us versus them” mentality the #alllivesmatter nitwits go on about every time a POC calls out racism? That’s what the police actually have now. They are so far removed from being part of the community they are supposed to protect and serve that they literally see every person as a “them.”

What!? How is this possible.
