Physical comparison. Most of our shopping is in low-to-mid-involvement categories (food, OTC drugs, etc…) and is really driven by a lot human emotion. People like to compare things, pick them up, see how big they are side by side, look through the package at its contents, see how fresh-looking the carrots are, etc…
