What's a party without that one annoying guy who nitpicks everything?

Wasn't gonna get very far without electricity, a computer, and a bunch of peripherals anyway.

Any game that requires an internet connection, I guess.

Lag's been the bane of every online Bomberman game I've ever played. In most cases, one of the biggest problems was that lag applied to bomb explosions. You would run out of the way before a bomb went off on your screen, but on the server end you'd still be standing in the way and die—or vice versa: you'd walk into an

So how exactly does a Wii without internet connectivity install firmware updates? Do you have to run them from a USB stick? If you CAN'T install firmware updates, what do you do when a new game requires a newer piece of firmware?

Probably true, but then maybe this wasn't the best way to demonstrate their new tech?

Interesting, but to me one of the primary benefits to VR is that it should give you a lot more situational awareness than a square monitor does. In real life you have peripheral vision, as well as the ability to quickly glance over your shoulder. You can simulate peripheral vision on a computer by modifying the FOV,

I thought the job system was a double-edged sword. Initially it's wonderful and allows for a lot of customization. Unfortunately the same flexibility eventually leads to all your characters having a similar (or identical) superset of godly powers. It removes any uniqueness they might have had and results in an already

Not quite ninja vs. pirates, but close enough?

"Bartz " was actually a localization to try to avoid the more accurate translation of "Butz."

Portable gaming system/tablet/whatever.

The only thing I can say in their defense is they apparently paid for the milk.

Okay, but games nowadays don't cost $60. Once you've factored in all the DLC and other junk they cut out and sell you separately, a game can easily cost well over $100...assuming you actually buy it at its original list price. Which I never do any more...

Would I buy one? Well....maybe?

IGN isn't the first place I turn to, but I actually don't share the general distaste for their reviews. They're well written, relatively informative, and detailed, which in combination with honesty is all I ever really ask for from a review.

Gamespy has always struck me as mediocre (or worse) in everything they did. Their software was a mess, and way too reliant on adware. Their reviews were decent but often lacking in content and polish. The site itself has always been ugly—a mass of green and black and giant blocky UI elements. Their current front page

That definitely would make the experience more authentic.

Most games have poor SLI support, at least on release, but aside from that two dual-GPU cards means worse scaling compared to two single-GPU cards. The takeaway is that two Titans will always perform predictably well, wheras two 690s will perform better in some games and worse in others. What's more, two 690s is the

Youch. Good luck to everyone who just found themselves out of a job.
