Sonic’s official design is similar to an old-fashioned rubber-hose cartoon character. Imagine if they made Mickey Mouse look like this? Not good.

That thing is going to look real out-of-place down on the farm.
On sites like YouTube, Twitter, and Tumblr, I tend not to follow people who routinely post more than twice a day. It drowns out everything else, and since they post so often, I know I can visit their page directly to see something new if I’m in the mood to. The content isn’t going anywhere.
They’ve got car companies sending old concepts to these things? This show has really taken off quickly.
I find this to be the ugliest Camry generation. When I look at them, all I can think of is “suburban neighbors that I don’t like, who probably own a small, poorly-trained dog”.
I think Chevy needs an over-the-top style car to get noticed. Worked pretty well for Chrysler with the 300 (and laugh if you must, the PT Cruiser before that). Meanwhile I can hardly remember what a Chevrolet sedan from this millennium even looks like.
Compared to today’s tall, high-trunked, slab-sided sedans, this Legacy looks... crisp.
That Delica D:5 doesn’t really look like anything available on the US roadways right now... almost seems like a modern Astro van. I’d love to see them driving around here.
This article confused me more with every sentence. I think I’ll head back under my rock now.
It’s yuge, Rochester, yuge-ah.
As a young kid, I would claim that my favorite car was a Dodge Neon. I didn’t actually know what a Neon looked like, but I loved neon colors and just assumed that a car named after something I like must be a cool car.
I read this as “it’s the midgate between...”. Darn, this conversation got too GM for me.
There’s one of these near me in yellow with black hood striping. It looks... about as good as one of these can look.
I wonder if this movie will resolve the mystery of what vaporeon’s texture is. Fur? Skin? Scales?
I feel like European economy cars from the 90s and earlier often have just a touch of... sadness to their appearance. Like, many American cars go for a confident expression (even when it isn’t warranted), but the European ones look like they just want to get the commute over with and go to sleep.
Yes, please one that basic.
Many FWD cars are now being offered with AWD as an option. If that’s possible, why can’t we get them in RWD?
This movie is inspired by a game with the same title. So, too soon to say whether there’ll be more.
These sound like patent applications.
Most minivans of that era had three people-doors.
