Alex dealt with that in his post:

I get that it’s a stylistic choice, but it creeps me tf out. I’d never heard of the manga until seeing the trailer, so I’m not speaking about fidelity to the source material or anything, just my gut-level reaction that goes TURN IT OFF TURN IT OFF!

🔥🔥🔥 RIP Larry

To add on to what you said, I think it’s important not to edit out car stuff when you’re talking to the women in your life. You might think “oh, she’s not interested in hearing about how we tuned my buddy’s salvaged e36 this weekend” but maybe she is!

SMDH at whoever named their daughter Hampton.

The fight ended being so much more one-sided than I expected. Loma is just so damn quick! Rigo looked small, and old, and out of options, and he knew it was only going to get worse. It’s hard to get shut down that thoroughly, especially knowing your opponent has another gear or two they aren’t even using - I think he

Weird but true, he switched to Yeezys. I actually heard an interview with him just a couple of days ago and this was the only piece of information that stood out for me.

Holy shit, your writing is dynamic. I’m not fashionable or beautiful but I’m looking forward to reading anything you post.

“Trust but verify” is just another way of saying “believe women,” which is another way of saying “don’t reflexively disbelieve women.”

Those who demand the presumption of innocence for the accused so often overlook its application to the accuser. Assume they’re telling the truth, until proven false.

Back in the day people used to dump their garbage in the street, too; that plus Drew’s very good point about a discarded peel turning into slug snot in about six seconds makes me think there’s probably some core of truth to it.
