Lots of Constitutional Law scholars around here today, and most of them seem to be on the wrong side of this. Make no mistake, what Boren has done is unconstitutional. You don't have to like it (though if you're commenting on Jezebel - or anywhere, for that matter - you probably should), but that's the way it is.

That's akin to calling someone "sweet." It may mean that the person is kind and generous and a genuinely good person, or it may mean that said person is a half-witted fuckstick, incapable of anything more than pissing one off.

"Bless your heart" is the slightly disheveled, possibly tipsy great-aunt to the tweeting, headphone-wearing adolescent "shade." Her age and wisdom may make her less attractive to the current generation, but the old girl has still got it where it counts!

This isn't "go fuck yourself," and it's not "I could burn this place down." It's "you're a fucking coward who knows that I won't break my foot off in your ass because of these cameras, but I want to end your entitled, simplistic, joke of a career . . . along with your life." Otherwise known as the Knight.

You brilliant bastard, you!

Dat username, doe! <3<3<3

according to psychologist Mons Bendixen . . .

This is my shocked face.

I already know why I eat like a monster when I'm high: because Frosted Flakes taste good, cookies taste good, and I am . . .

I heart this story. Hard. Congratulations to you for living it.

Greatest. GIF. Evah!!!

Lots of great jokes in the comments, but I feel for this woman. Not knowing both sides of the story I won't just take what she posted as the gospel truth, but I think there are many, many women out there like this, and it's a sad reflection on our celebrity culture. No matter what the full story is, a family

So . . .

This . . . this is . . . a stretch. Who out there thinks that Native Americans were the ones doing all the lynching? This is like reading an article about daylight and being upset that the Sun wasn't explicitly mentioned as its genesis. There's no controversy here.

Is that "perfectly normal-size," though? Because we're constantly told that a BMI above 25 is "overweight," and this woman doesn't really look like someone whose BMI is 25 or less. I wouldn't say she's "fat," but she definitely doesn't fit into the "normal" range.
