It’s a good question to ask to sniff out places that don’t hold bad team members accountable. But your point makes me think you just need to be clear why you are asking.

I have one and it’s accurate. Was within a few deg of a thermapen on the interior and my oven thermometer for the ambient. Everything I’ve used it for has turned out great.

I didn’t care who won on Sunday. I just wanted it to end on the track and in anger. I enjoyed this season more than almost any. Right up there with my other favs like 1997, 2007, 2008, 2009. I’m super glad they found a way to end it under green.

Was this the year McLaren tuned their exhaust in a way to reduce vibration (or some other reason)? I remember going to a race and the tone being completely different than the rest of the field when in person. The difference did not come through on TV.

IIRC the live action was in 3D too but the focal depth was weird. And then when they went to full CGI it was jarring that all of a sudden everything was in focus.

Half Baked (1998) clocks in at 82 min. Please update list ASAP.

Anyone else getting an unexpectedly high cycle count?

I buy and play games on Stadia without a subscription. I don’t get 4k, but I don’t mind because I can’t see well enough to tell the difference. The Stadia subscription gets you some games included a la Xbox Gold or whatever it’s call now. Also 4k, as mentioned. But you can buy games without a sub.

I initially thought the halos were ugly. Not enough to protest like a baby. But aesthetically worse than any recent change, even the platypus noses.

HIGHLY recommend getting styptic powder/pen before you try to clip nails yourself. Getting too far back and clipping the quick will result in blood that won’t stop flowing for up to an hour. Unless you can crate your dog, you will have little bloody spots all over your floor/carpet/furniture.

The Kroger app/website (they sync) will sort any shopping list you make there by isle number in the store you select.

I can vouch for both A Tavola (at least the Madeira location) and Costco. Both have a place in my face.

Road warrior for work here. While I don’t move the furniture often, it do usually gather up all the junk and put it in one drawer or pile. Hotels put so much crap out, virtually no surface is usable without first moving something. So I get it out of the way as part of my check-in routine.

I discovered about 15 years ago that the best way to use gift cards for me is to make a one-time payment to my mobile phone provider. It just makes my next bill that much less. Most providers make it pretty easy to do from their websites.

I fly about every week. Also something I’ve experienced:

My buddy’s rental car windshield after introducing itself to a turkey two Sundays ago at the Indiana/Illinois border. They are coming for us.

Does thirds but doesn’t do 1/6ths. No way to customize. I’ll stick with Divvy.

I use this on my laptop. Works pretty well.
