As someone who makes budgets for a living, I can say that it’s not that we are lying, it’s that we are using the best case scenario numbers. The best case scenario never equals a realistic scenario. But 10% overage is not that bad and usually is built in to the back end of the budget.

The decision to build on Bragg came because they already had a vacant piece of land large enough that needed to be converted into something.
