Yeah my understanding is that Google may not be making tablets, but the OS will still be refined and other will likely continue attempting straight tablets. If they really do nail the OS and someone like Dell took a crack at a tablet it could be slick.

Metric system is garbage for measuring temperature, though, from an everyday life perspective. 0° is a pretty good measure of “really fucking cold” and 100° “really fucking hot!”, a lot more intuitive than the metric equivalents (-18/+38).

I miss physical keyboards generally ... onscreen keyboards are more flexible, but definitely have downsides, the lack of physical feedback and key feel sort of slows things down and makes typing a more pokey, deliberate, process...
