Oh for sure, but I also think the concerns about a monopoly and treating your employees almost like sweat shop workers are not anywhere near a concern at those other places compared to Amazon, and that’s even giving consideration to how much Wal-Mart was exposed/attacked awhile back.

“Nothing on there I can’t find at Target, Walmart......”

Someone else saying they hate Soulsborne game design without any caveats made my day.

I personally like to experience the art as intended. Most people seem to agree, which is why hating spoilers is a no-brainer unless you got pretty damn far out of your way.  Does it matter in the grand scheme of things?  No, but neither does 95% of what’s posted on this website.  In the context of the hobbies

That was my worry when I saw this. That there’s some kind of trend being attempted at making spoilers okay and commonplace.

Wow it may actually release some day finally.  What an achievement.

I liked that take as well. It’s a good game and it’s nice to have the option to go balls deep on all the stat-building and relationships, but it felt a little “big but hollow” to me. Sure, you can have tea with other people, but it’s so half-assed that I hesitate to even call it a mini-game. You can train with a lot

Exactly.  Because cash if even more low effort than gift cards, and I like gift cards.  At least you can tailor them to a person you give them to.

Some people think that kids making memes out of something for a couple days qualifies as a “debacle”.

Is this Western Kojima?

This is certainly a list of video games.

It was released four years ago and people bring it up all the time.

Yeah for me the reason it didn’t resonate as much is that I almost felt like I paid $60 to play Bioshock DLC. For as much as the sequel seemed like it would be different, it felt almost exactly the same.

Totally agree.  I tried GTA IV and V.  IV was a slog and I’ve never been more bored than trying to play through an hour of GTA V.  Sleeping Dogs was great.

I think I loved Sleeping Dogs because it’s basically GTA except I don’t hate everything about it. The hand-to-hand combat is pretty fun and the locale is actually interesting. I had way more fun with it than I ever expected to.

Oh no someone made a post where I’m not 100% sure they’re joking! I must educate them just in case!

I remember Murder by Numbers as a random crap horror movie I got suckered into renting once.

I think we’re talking about science fiction, not superhero movies. Anything that doesn’t strictly have normal humans talking isn’t a necessarily a superhero movie.

I like both but thought the TV series held back where the comic didn’t. In the comic it’s very plain to see the argument that if supes were real, they might behave just like out of control rock stars.....but with dangerous powers to boot. The show is really good don’t get me wrong, but it goes out of its way to show

Oh no not the world building!!!!!!
