What the hell is this article? I’m starting to wish you guys had gone out of business for good. Half of the articles seem like they’re written by AI and the rest seem designed to intentionally piss off your readers for clicks
A Game AV Club Article Can’t Overcome Slideshow Format and Lazy Writing
All these nerds talking about how Aquaman is DC not Marvel, but no nerds questioning why all those men in the Roman Legion had beards.
Nobody will ever top this scene. Ever.
I don’t blame B&W for the end of GoT - they had signed on to adapt a series, not write one. It’s not their fault that that fat fuck from Bayonne couldn’t do his damn job.
This is the best thing on the internet since Belgian techno supergroup Technotronic released their epoch-defining dance club smash Pump Up the Jam.
If you want to hang out, you’ve gotta take Keri Russell out, cocaine bear
If you want to get down, down with Ray Liotta, cocaine bear
I find it amazing that Netflix is shooting itself in the foot with a shotgun and instead of capitalizing on that, HBO Max rushes for the sawed-off to take out its own knee.
Wasn’t the premise of “Christmas Epiphany” just straight-up stolen from a Simpsons gag?

I can't wait to masturbate to this.
Oh I’m sorry, is people standing around a hall making proclamations or sitting around a table making insults (veiled or otherwise) not entertaining for you? Because that’s kind of a big component of this show (and GOT for that matter). No less than 60%, at least.
That’s the thing. I mean, a character doesn’t necessarily have to be good to be likeable. There were a lot of characters in GoT’s who were awful but were also charming who’ve I’d grown to like. There just really isn’t anyone in HotD that rings the same way. They’re just awful people. I guess Aegon kind of reminds me…
Another plotline the show improved greatly is everything that happens in Essos in the fifth book. That was an unreadable pointless garbage turned into somewhat watchable filler that finally got connected to the main plot by getting Tyrion to Daenerys. The book ends mid-action during a massive battle, Daenerys flies…
These two are first-class assclowns.
SPOILER- I guess for GOT
Controversial take but he has no business being salty. Look, I get it...GoT didn’t land the ending. But it is largely Martin’s fault.
I’ve said it before: I think Fire & Blood is pointless outside of its publishing order. Its placement occurs right around when readers really start wondering what Dany is trying to restore, and it sucks the air out of her argument that anyone wanted the Targaryens back, which was never fully articulated on GOT as a…
Surprisingly, I didn’t have that issue. I got used to the new actors/actresses much faster than I thought I would and I found this episode much more interesting than the last two episodes.
It would have been better to do a whole season with the younger cast, and recast in season 2.
