My guess is that the whole but where after the break up he suddenly popped as having a lot of sex with Ariana Grande didn’t help. I was once in a similar situation and never got over the fact she left me for Leonardo DiCaprio

He could just have a Pete like character show up and get yelled at by Susie the entire time episode

I want to see some sort of spread sheet consisting of how many of the times Pete was mysteriously absent from the show vs. when Larry appeared on the show as Bernie Sanders

Just announcing that I too am part of the Arrow- verse and will also get a CW spin-off

I’d be too scared of breaking up with his daughter because of all the things that Larry could do to get revenge on me. The fear of turning into a character in Curb would terrify me

That sounds like rhe plot if a Woody Allen movie

I really disliked this episode. The dream hopping was fine for an episode but not for two- I don’t really care about that, I’m more concerned with the present. I also strongly disliked the idea that people possess each other as I think it goes away from a simple ghost story into something that Lee completely. Does

It reminded me if the infamous Lost episode where right at the end they gave us the backstory of Jacob and the Man in Black. We did not really need that episode and it killed a lot of the show’s momentum

It would have worked if they established early on that Perdita was always jealous of Viola but they did not so a lot of it came out of nowhere

Having a hit and heavy relationship is really tricky is you’re both really young and supposedly brother and sister

I think most people are anti-mooneyites but have long since realized we’re just screaming into the void at this point

I sort of get that but the moment you start off with any reference to the two being the same, people are going to recoil and be turned off by the joke. I know  I did.

It works because every Democrat has PTSD from 2016 and thinks the same thing will happen. I also though the bit with Nate Silver worked because despite the polls showing a commanding lead by Biden, everybody’s convinced Trump will find a way to get lucky again

I’m surprised Dennis didn’t mention this because he always talks about the politics in the show but it was the first time I can remember where they openly took a partisan position in a presidential election. Yes you could sometimes tell which candidate the show leaned towards but they were very obvious and explicitly

That’s what I liked about it-how it was the use of a poem associated with horror being used to highlight every horrific, terrifying, neurotic thought Dems have about an election in which the candidate has a solid lead.

That skit made me laugh out loud throughout most of it- I’m sucker for fake things being used as real things, but I wonder how funny that skit was to people who’ve never seen the movie or even heard of it.

It was a very 2016 joke in a time that showed how wrong that sentiment is and will always be. Not cool

Also the lack of embarrassment in being shown losing at one of his properties. Bad for branding

Let’s not forget his most famous role- Jeopardy contestant and foe of Alex Trebek

He also seemed to enjoy what he did or at least acknowledged his badass-ness which is why he’ll always be the best
