No one wants to listen to my idea that we should all be driving around in go-karts. Think of all of the lanes of traffic we could add!

Don’t mind me I’m just here for the financial dick swinging, oh and to watch you struggle to pull away from said GTI with a tune in your new V.

It’s a legitimate complaint when you lead off your product showcase of ‘V’ cars that are significantly down on power and looks from the previous generation. These may very well

Neutral:

If this happens, they’ll need to introduce a massive re-education campaign. American drivers don’t have the same discipline (and courtesy) that German drivers do.

1: Feld can go suck a fat one. A lot of their claims are a real stretch. They sound butt hurt and desperate.

Bigfoot and Feld are oil and water. I don’t ever see that collaboration ever happening. Unless.....now that Hotwheels is making Bigfoot their star, maybe Feld will push for a reconciliation. Or maybe Bob Chandler will die and his kids will just cash out and sell off the brand.

I can’t listen to anyone make excuses for that in a halo car

Yeah, with my 4wd 350 I did my math based on getting 10mpg because it made the math easy and then I was pleasantly surprised when I got 12. When gas spiked filling that thing’s 42 gallon tank was just painful. I learned that a lot of pumps used to stop at 75 dollars. Then many raised it to 100.

Look at all his majesty. Those peasants in their thatched roof cottages don’t stand a chance.

Counterpoint: most people in the US live where they shouldn’t buy winter tires.

The wife said I had $35K to get a 7 passenger family vehicle with cargo space. I can buy this and spend the remaining $10k on the 240SX.....

Unpopular opinion:

Reference the 1959 Bel Air vs. 2009 Malibu crash test by the IIHS

Any shop could easily replicate and do this build cleaner for much less than the current price. Context is key, it is a crappy build for the price.

well congrats, you are part of the problem

This man clearly has a wife who is tired of seeing that thing sitting around, so he posted it for sale to appease her. He can hardly be blamed that no one wants to buy it for the reasonable asking price he has come up with.

Strange; Those are ‘68 Shelby tail lamps and the rear quarter panel seems to be a ‘68 w/turn signals. Old photos the car show it with ‘67 Shelby tail lamps (pointed on outside edge/’68's are flat) and with turn signal-free quarter panels. Compare below...

the automakers would literally not do a single thing if regulation didnt force their hand. They have only innovated because they were forced to. They, and all extraction based industries will be happy to watch the world and hteir kids/grandkids live in a climate ravaged world so they can make some extra cash now.

The ‘04-’06 GTO is a bit of a sleeper in its own right, but the sedan version of the platform came to the US as the Cadillac Catera. No one would suspect the Catera.
