Yeah, I understand where you are coming from. Mine were constant, so it was very hard to just deal with it.

I had both tonsils and adenoid removed. I felt like a had a sore throat for a few days (2-3 days) but that was the extent of it.

Getting your tonsils removed is worth it and you’ll never have to worry about tonsil stones/cryptic tonsils again. They lasered mine out and not having to deal with them life changing.
