What’s most interesting to me about this is that it illuminates something very important about Facebook, and does it in a way that is inarguable.

She got good reviews constantly and recently got a promotion.

I get that. But I also get people like Spiers, who are doing work they love/want to do/enjoy doing, and it’s really tough for me to argue against their desires to better the workplace.
