I will be extremely disappointed if Tendi is not in the crossover. She is my favorite Lower Decks character & in my all-time fantasy Trek bridge crew

The Derry Girls finale is perfection. I will say I would have liked if they had at least nodded to the Erin-James romance/ kiss, though I understand why that storyline was deferred and the focus was instead firmly on the end of the Troubles. Grandpa Joe’s speech to Erin about the importance of working toward peace was

Angel, “Not Fade Away,” is my personal favorite series finale of all time.

I guess it makes sense he had some issues

I did not hear an apology in there anywhere, unless I missed it

Seeing the rise of Shauna the Executioner certainly puts some of present timeline Shauna’s actions in perspective. Stabbing a lover or threatening to shoot a car thief are sort of trivial things to her, she has done A LOT worse

The brushoff song she writes about this dude is going to be epic

Putting Daisy and Sousa together the last season of Agents of SHIELD was absolutely inspired and worked beautifully

It is possible that the bear was suffering from mercury poisoning (from runoff from an illegal mine) and by eating its meat the rest of them are too with symptoms including psychosis

Thanks!

It is very interesting  worldbuilding. One nice touch among many: how much Rebecca Ferguson’s character was freaked out by the thought and then the actual experience of being underwater, since the Silo does not have bodies of water or pools anywhere (apparently)

I haven’t read the books so Silo has been very compelling and pretty mystifying for me, in a good way

The east African species of coelacanth is considered endangered apparently due to commercial fishing in that region accidentally catching them and putting pressure on their population. The separate coelacanth species found in Indonesia is apparently more populous & not technically considered endangered (but instead

Lauren Ambrose as Van is such a great addition this season. I loved her kind of forcing the big discussion & being both horrified with all of it & also immediately sucked back into the Yellowjackets horrorshow

It actually made Nate look like an idiot for not getting the obvious fact that she was messing with him, but I guess the point was just more that he is scared of her

Silo has been really compelling, and certainly is the kind of show that has lots of mysteries to think about and discuss

Well I’m all in on Beetlejuice 2 now

Riverdale going the opposite direction of shows that are trying to reduce kissing scenes, you do you Riverdale, and you do everybody Betty, apparently

I think everyone should be more upset at Tai for hiring a private investigator to spy on them ... and then to do what to them if it turns out they did talk? Of course this got somewhat overshadowed by Shauna and Misty both confessing to murders and then Lottie trying to get them to commit, not mass suicide but too

Looking forward to watching her in High Desert & having a different energy than in Severance
