I honestly thought the only people still playing these games were the Fortnite crowd.

I completely agree. It’s pretty obvious his implication to everyone watching was “I can kill this guy right in front of all of you and nobody’s going to do anything to me for it. This badge grants me full legal immunity.”
The defense counsel was pretty laser-focused with his objections during Ploeger’s testimony. There were 1 or 2 side-bars that occurred as well. I believe one of them was around that particular line of questioning even.
I’m guessing a lot of his movies have proven rather physically demanding. I mean, we all look forward to retirement, right? Not getting up early, having to wear a tie, or commute for two hours each day...
Alright, how many stars do you require in order to make this a reality?
But only at the last minute when the rest jumped at him from the periphery...
But seriously tho, that whole “You did the right thing coming forward with the shield, Sam” exchange couldn’t have been any more condescending if he’d called him “Boy” afterward [Also, FUCK you].
I would have actually considered spending whatever exorbitant sum the sticker price for this game would have been, too.
So what we’re discovering here is that it’s basically the same as every other megachurch in existence?
Yeah. It’s been too long for me, as well. I believe I may have read something about this in passing, but honestly didn’t mind playing the multiplayer missions in ME3, so I don’t believe I bothered to learn whether it was accurate or not.
Agreed. Whatever the terms under which it was originally introduced (forcing people who wanted to 100% the single player experience, to engage in multiplayer did seem a tad pushy), ME3's multiplayer stood up well on its own.
And let’s face facts - it only overtook baseball as the ‘national pastime’ sport because the constant starting and stopping of play allows more time for commercials.
My parents got us our first NES when I was in about 2nd or 3rd grade. Every other kid my age had owned one for at least 5 years or so, and I’d gotten the opportunity to play when I was over at friends’ houses. Ours was a hand-me-down from the neighbors who were in the process of upgrading to the brand-new Super…
I think the majority of us were disillusioned with the events of the 2016 election. Before Trump, the idea that we’d have to choose between ANOTHER Clinton and ANOTHER Bush seemed sort of inevitable.
That’s kind of what I find difficult to understand about people who are now renouncing Trump (Don’t get me wrong - it’s great to hear your father has seen through the B.S.).
“Why do they keep pushing back the Cyberpunk 2077 Release Date???”
Let us not also discount the potential for the RNC to scrape up an even more despicable presidential candidate/first family than even the Trumps, to dust off and hoist up before the nation, in the hopes of galvanizing the racist buffoons that make up the highest percentage of their numbers, in the coming years.
So...no real observable shift in tactics from the last four years, then?
I think that was the primary focus of his presidency: Siphoning as much public money as possible out of the government and into his failing business Empire.
Let’s also bear in mind that Social Security was the only portion of peoples’ taxes that was deferred, which is LITERALLY the only portion of one’s taxes that ends up going back to them in the end.
