I thought the current trend was if you’re too embarrassed to admit to being a republican, but too scared to say as much to whichever republican relative holds that influence over your life, you just call yourself a libertarian?

So, what I took from this is that I should wait until it’s been out long enough to get a 50% markdown before purchasing (I am very frugal and prefer only to pay full price on a title I know I’ll be playing for several months).

This is a very important point, IMO. The fact that the developer brand is doing more damage in terms of deterring the game’s retail prospects, than any other factor.

It does sort of feel like this here is the pinnacle of society’s constant obsession with “airbrushing” everything. Only in this case, the airbrushing basically happens on every facet of a person’s life.

However, they DO pay taxes now. Which puts them an important step above the POTUS and numerous other notable industrialists and nepotists...
