I’ve purchased two vehicles from CarMax, but they were both new Toyotas from their Laurel MD store. Both were reasonably (to me) discounted from MSRP and I was glad to buy there because they had exactly what I wanted. I did not have a trade-in, though. Wouldn’t a trade-in make a no-haggle deal suddenly negotiable?

In 1980, between my junior & senior years in high school and on a trip home from DC to Illinois, we were on the Pennsylvania Turnpike when we ran out of gas (dumb kids just not paying attention). Looking up from the gas gauge, we see a sign for a travel plaza/service oasis and literally coast downhill a mile and up a

I’ll just leave this here:

It should include a Raptor-style grill with backwards POLICE.

Because I still hate GM for a certain 1999 Pontiac Montana. Plus, EV or not, I want a Tesla.

LOVE CarMax’s Laurel Toyota! I’ve flown there twice from IL to buy new Toyotas for a great no-haggle price.

I thought it was just me. That’s both comforting & disturbing at the same time.

Three times, so it’s becoming a habit. Beginning in central Illinois:

Thanks for reading my greyed comments. I always figured I was only typing here for my own therapeutic benefit.

I agree. But the problem starts in Springfield and has been pervasive throughout the state. While the real estate tax does not go to the state, it is related inasmuch as the general assembly won’t enact any property tax relief and the Springfield model for bloated benefits growing faster than the real world is the

There are two types of democrats: those who can afford to be, and those who can’t afford not to be. The celebrities feel better about being rich by championing liberal causes. The poor rely on the government to exist. The DNC needs both to stay in their places.

In Illinois, very little of what we pay is for services. Instead, we pay for many in Springfield to retire in their early 50s from their 37.5 hour-per-week “job” and collect a huge pension and receive free health, dental & vision insurance for the rest of their lives. The cost of government as grown much more rapidly

I had a Jeep Renegade rental. The damn thing was ALWAYS shifting. For me, I love my Toyota hybrid CVTs! Smoooooth.

I don’t want an EV, I want a Tesla!

Still a GM. *yawn*

My butt still hurts from getting reamed by GM on a 1999 Pontiac Montana that had the same problem in-warranty six times, and then the dealer changed their tune out-of-warranty. These newer GM stories tell me they still suck.

I love the look of the Ridgeline. I was hoping you would answer this question, though: Is the Hilux available in other markets based on the uni-body Highlander? If so, Toyota already has a leg up towards this segment of the market.

That’s rich! Hillary saying Trump’s comment is a national security issue. Beware anyone who blames everyone else for their own damn problem. Trump didn’t need to ask Russia to hack Hillary. Russia likely already has those emails!

I’ve had my dealer turn off the DRLs when in the shop and then when I leave I don’t realize it’s not on AUTO anymore!

Now that I read it back, it does sound OCD. But I also keep track of every tank of gas & MPG on fuelly.com. If I had a loan against the car, I’d probably just call it net zero.
