"So I sez to him, I sez..."
You understand that this was a joke, right? It was hyperbole. I know this doesn't matter in the context of this post, but I also teach so I know that there's a lot more that goes into it.
It sucks and it happens. I've corrected it and thanked the person who first pointed it out. I'm happy to do more, if you have any ideas for me, but I'm unwilling to kill or bleed over it. That's my limit.
Not going to lie, I quickly misread the headline. Thought it said "Jeremy Lin drunk cams his mom" Was expecting a really different video.
That dunk was Lincestuous!
Weirdly there were actually lots of black people working in NASA in 1969 so he is wrong in every sense. I wrote a report on Annie Easley and Melba Roy Mouton but there are many others....this newspaper clipping is from 1972
Oh ok. I was always pronouncing it like bar. I lived in Philly for a year... but somehow never heard anyone say it. "Once you leave Wilkes Barre, never speak of this place..."
Oh my God. OH MY GOD, I misread that and thought he was talking about the Apollo THEATER and the people running that as a complaint about the push for more diversity behind the scenes in entertainment.
Hmmm... could there be any other reason why black people didn't have jobs at NASA in 1969? A real head-scratcher, that one!
First - everyone in the world should be named Ms Chanandler Bong.
I'm just speechless. She sounds so composed, normal and even serene. It's amazing to think of the wide spectrum her mind, thoughts and feelings have traveled. How do you go from killing people the way she did to this?
Oh good. For a second there I was thinking- man, I've been pronouncing Wilkes-Barre incorrectly for years.
The best part of that post...
Well, I walked to and from school every day starting when I was six, so resplendent.mom is clearly a hardened criminal.
Fascinating how the little clues such as oysters, tree rings, burrowing holes, and more, helped give them clues to what happened to the ship. Sherlock Holmes-esque.
You lose credibility when you attempt to argue that the word threat only means credible threat. He threatened it. You don't think the threat was credible, and you may have a point (although his later "I'm going to come to your place of business" tweet undermines your position), but that doesn't erase the threat.
I made no mention of the Ukraine crash here, because it's completely unrelated... I'm not sure what you're talking about?
I was really hoping this was a combo of Sex and Contortionist. Woh woh.
