Yeah, that’s targeting the right people, the people buying secondhand tickets! Fuck those guys! Not the scalpers, those guys are alright by us!

KUBO’S A BOY?!?!?!

It’s just a goddamn videogame

This isn’t that weird, it’s just really funny since they decided to call it the Ultimate edition. My super expensive Witcher 3 CE didn’t have the expansion DLC included.

Holy shit this is awesome! Ever since I read about The Runaways when it was first rumored as a film I’ve loved the idea.

OH MY GOD HOLY SHIT one of the main reasons why I was gonna get a PS4 in the first place. Still might but this is fucking awesome

Was posting on Reddit about this, joking that “if Schreier gets his hands on this then it’s NMS all over again!” Unfortunately (well not really unfortunately) it was LITERALLY NMS all over again. You’d think that the NMS thing happening 3 months ago would’ve been enough to give people pause, but nope!

Did you know that Blizzard stopped publishing subscriber counts when Square published theirs?

enlisting indie darling Florence Welch’s powerhouse voice feels a lot like getting Arcade Fire to write a song for The Hunger Games.

If they have to delay it they have to, but man that’s a bad look when you have an entire event devoted to the release date

First off, there’s no way that the companies intent on taking these things down DON’T already know about these things. They’re not finding these things out just because Kotaku posts about them. AM2R has been in development for years, and I’m not even that big a Metroid fan and I knew about it years ago. There’s no way

Yep, and that it’s a laptop. Runs MacOS where devs generally don’t port games to, and it’s a laptop? Yeah, those are huge reasons why gamers wouldn’t get a MacBook.

“Enthusiast space” and “laptop gamers” don’t overlap.

Exactly. Most PC gamers aren’t going to look at the MacBook and say “if it had an NVIDIA card I’d get it.”

And all reports were that the 480 came in much higher supply at release than the 1070/1080 did, yet still sold out.

Not the Blade either. Gaming and laptops in general don’t belong in the same sentence.

Great builds absolutely have used AMD cards, and especially with Polaris going forward the 480 is probably going to be the go-to card.

I’ve got a 1070 and very happy with it

The point about GPUs is INCREDIBLY off. We just had both AMD and NVIDIA release new cards that both sold out extremely fast. Neither company is “favored” by gamers nor is either company actually significantly better at anything. Putting an AMD card in isn't going to turn off gamers, especially since Polaris was pretty

Wait why are you making a stink about this?
