What happens to the NCAA cut if Emmert is charged with racketeering?

The biggest thing that needs fixed in this plan is there’s is an incentive to the university to not have a player graduate.  Tie the universities money to the graduation rate of its players and the basics of the plan are real progress for the players.

All nine justices should be from that high school - that way all of the diverse thinking and experiences of all Americans are well represented.

Agreed, the proper way to handle this would be to show up and make his speech entirely about the dumb voters who left him out until now. This is the proper petty way to handle this.
