I’m honestly surprised this didn’t make it onto the initial list!

I do the exact same thing!

Great! Happy to hear that. $100k in debt and sometimes it feels like I’m making no progress, so I really look forward to putting a chunk down at the end of the year.

Does it look bad if you use a holiday bonus to pay down a loan, while the rest of the year you’re just making regular payments? I can’t afford a higher month to month payment, but my job offers a pretty hefty bonus at the end of the year, which I typically use to pay down debts. Will this hurt me?

I wrote the same thing before I actually read the comments - but I agree. Crystallizing the 2/2/2 “rule” would avoid the necessity for rebalancing with nerfs/buffs.

Why don’t they just crystallize the 2/2/2 “rule”? I mean, they already stop you from picking up a team of 6 Hanzos in comp, why not just stop you from picking more than 2 tanks as well? It seems a cleaner solution than rebalancing characters.

Eichenwald: defense Reinharts only, attacks Bastions only

Columbia grad student alum here. Columbia is a shitty institution and does a heck of a lot to undermine grad students and milk them for all they’re worth. The six figures of debt and 8+ months of unemployment after graduation did nothing to endear the school to me.

Yep. And honestly? I feel like those juice cleanses or smoothie meal replacers aren’t so much better. SO many women in my office get each other into these “non-eating” days and I just ???

I came into the game late (I guess?) and I grouped up with some friends who were much higher leveled than me - but it was super easy to pick up and everyone on my team was really patient. Everyone has to start somewhere! (Also, mute the chat/voice lines. Report and block when people are dicks)

Oh man, I’m sorry. This was me in my grad program. New city, no friends, crippling self-doubt about what I had chosen to study (art history masters). I ended up sticking through the end of the program (it was only two years), but it sucked. It was hard and lonely and I don’t even work in my field anymore.

I’m sorry but this was the correct answer:

Maybe 2016 is turning around after all.

Last Friday during our firm lunch, the investment guys were talking about spending $40-60 GRAND, PER KID, PER SUMMER, for a 7-10 week summer camp. I just about died.

I’m gonna put up a fight - I ain’t going down easy!

He is welcome to it, tbh.

Perfectly lovely and sweet! He made stopped to make sure he said hi to everyone, and was so patient with pictures. It was a small event but he stuck around for a while. It was great!

Thanks!!!

The man has an incredible collection of sweaters and they are all wonderful.

You know, he might have gotten a little feel, and I can’t even be mad about it.
