People should understand good steering vs bad steering. (I would say steering feel, but you know modern electric steering)

IIRC the CX5 has very solid moose test performance as well

Sure. The crash tests are also designed around real world scenarios and obviously any new US vehicle is ridiculously safe compared to the past.

This actually reminds me of when they introduced small overlap and basically every SUV failed except the Volvo XC90 which was a 10 year old design at that point.

The CX5 design is also 4 years old and as far as I am aware hasn’t received major structural updates since then.

I know that buying a 22 year old BMW is never a good idea but the E39 is just so damn good to look at.

Basically anything made in the last 20 years is capable of adjusting for fuel quality, but that means adjusting down for lesser fuel not increasing performance with “better” fuel.

EV offroading is much more interesting to me than EV sports cars.

As someone who loves both L4Ds and continues to wax poetic about the hilarity of versus campaign, my first impression of Back 4 Blood was not great. This was the night it released playing with 1 friend and whatever bot/random teammate combo we were getting.

One of the many cool things about the Rebelle is that you don’t need a Baja racer or boulder buggy to compete. Separating 4WD and AWD makes sense and more capability opens up more route options but the $100,000 Wrangler on 42 inch tires can still lose to a Forester.

Understanding how to perform the task and performing the task correctly for an entire shift are 2 different things.

FWIW this is way cooler than the usual lift and roof tent “concepts”

Like the current LX (and GX) this needs 4 to 6 inches less bodywork and at least 2 more inches of tire side wall. The F Sport grille helps a bit.

Meanwhile Lexus is over here quietly chugging along pretending the GX is a luxury crossover while they watch everyone slice off half the body work and add a 3 inch lift (3 months after buying a used one off lease)

Only having 4 character skins in the beta is a little confusing. Obviously the full game will have a ton of cosmetics but I would like to see “faction” skins/coloring or something for each of the specialists to help visual distinction.

Time attack cars are some of my favorite things

I see rumors kicking around the internet that Hyundai/Kia is working on some kind of “real” SUV to compete with the 4Runner

Seriously.

Article One: Don’t Be A Dick.

Rooftop tents are mostly for the flex. If you’re legitimately overlanding where you are gonna drive hundreds of miles of trail and need to camp wherever you run out of daylight/energy/whatever, a RTT makes sense.
